UKRAINIAN FLOWERS-TALISMANS TO BE PLANTED IN KYIV
Before the Day of Independence of Ukraine, August 21, the 60th jubilee exhibition 'Flowers-Talisman' will be opened at Spivoche Pole, Kyiv. The exposition will be dedicated to Ukrainian flowers and its sacral code.
Each composition will present a separate flower: poppy, lily or chamomile.
The center of flower composition will be decorated with a special construction to symbolize special traits of Ukrainian life, culture and character: poppy, symbol of family and happiness, will appear in two figures of swans. Hollyhock, symbol of nation’s spirituality and its immortality, will underline the bond of several generations. The composition 'field bells', symbol of joy and happiness, will be presented in nightingales, the most warble Ukrainian bird.
The exhibition will last until September, 20.
