The documentary 'The Birth of An Artist' awarded by jury of Hollywood Film Festival as best documentary short.
The movie tells about Daria Bezkosta, a 17-years-old girl, who suffers from cerebral palsy and starts drawing seven years ago.
'Daria’s day is full of pain and physical struggle but she manages to concentrate on her art, submerse into the world full of love and hope in spite of her hard life circumstances', the director comments.
Natalia Babenko was born in Kyiv. In 2012 she moved to USA to study at Tisch Art School (New York University).
