UKRAINIAN RESTAURANT 'TRIDENT' IS OPEINING IN CHICAGO

June 9, Ukrainian doctor, who lives in USA, Myron Levytskyi opens a Ukrainian restaurant 'Trident' in Chicago.

The restaurant menu offers Ukrainian borshch, crepes, toasts with pork lard, banosh and homemade dishes.

The restaurant façade is decorated with a Ukrainian national emblem, which is four stories high.

'I want everyone in Chicago to try a wonderful Ukrainian cuisine and culture. We want our restaurant to become a window to Ukraine', Myron says.

Besides national dishes, the restaurant will offer Ukrainian beer, cherry wine and even blue and yellow cocktail.

The restaurant address is 2201 W.Chicago Ave.

It should be mentioned that at least once a year Myron visits Ukraine with humanitarian and medical mission, providing free ophthalmological service and surgeries.
