The Lviv City Council tourist office supported by local businessmen (hotels, hostels, cafes, restaurants) initiated an action 'Get more Lviv'. All guests who visit the city on April 19-22 and April 26-27 will have an opportunity to pay less money and get more benefits. The initiative offers a visitor 2 free nights if he books two days at the hotel, and a free drink or dish if it is included in so called '1=2' list. Information about the action is daily updated. Yanair to start flights Kyiv-Kharkiv-Kyiv

On April 17 Yanair airlines plans to lauch flights between Kyiv and Kharkiv. The flights will be performed six times a week, scheduled as Kyiv-Kharkiv (except Saturday) and Kharkiv-Kyiv (except Sunday). The flights to be carried out by regional aircraft Saab 340. The time flight is 1 hour 25 minutes. Two-way ticket prices start from 190 USD (fee included)

Lviv takes third place in Eastern European best cycling cities rating published by Friday Flat Travel blog. Gdansk and Budapest took first and second place respectively. Lviv population is about 700 000 people. Due to the joint effort of Lviv city council and citizens its cycling infrastructure has been actively developing. By the end of 2013 30km of cycling tracks and lanes had been opened in Lviv. Favorable cycling conditions development will proceed this year
