The international jury for Wiki Loves Monuments 2015 announced the winners of Wiki Loves Monuments contest. The award ceremony took place on November, 21 in the National Preserve Kyiv Pechersk Lavra where the exhibition of the best photographs is running until November, 27. More than 41 000 photos of more than 14 000 Ukrainian cultural objects were uploaded in the framework of the contest. 232 authors took part in the project

According to Backpacker Index 2015 Kyiv tops among the cheapest European cities for tourists. Tourists have to spend only $24,32 for staying in Kyiv for a day: hostel (65Hr./night), meal (192Hr.), drinks, entertainment (96Hr.), transport (4Hr.), attractions (museum or other tourist attractions) (10Hr). TOP-3 the cheapest European cities is presented by Bucharest ($26) and Sofia ($27). The most expensive European city is Zurich ($124.16)

EU plan to open Bukovyna information and communication center for historic and ethnographic tourism development based at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The center mission will be to provide information about Bukovyna and establish cooperation with tourist agencies and operators to attract more tourists to the region.
