ELECTRONIC TV INVENTOR FROM UKRAINE
In 1924 Boris Hrabovsky designed cathode commutator, a prototype for transmitting tube and developed world’s first electronic TV system known as radiophone (1925).
On July 26, 1928 for the first time in the world a Ukrainian scientist successfully transmitted moving image by electronic means. He also designed small helicopter, three-wings sailplane, termitic bullet of high penetrating power, self-moving boat without engine.
Boris Hrabovsky was also working at artificial eyesight for blind and developed the project of air-free device for cathode ray. He is famous as inventor of cathode oscillograph, light modulator for television etc.
His inventions started to be widely used just in 1960.
