Ukrainians living in Estonia invite to Ukrainian rushnyk holiday
April 29, Ukrainian community in the city of Tapa invites to celebrate Ukrainian rushnyk holiday. As Facebook-page of the Association of Ukrainian Organizations in Estonia informs the Museum of Ukrainian Decorative Culture from Kohtla-Järve will show a collection of rushnyks (towels) from different regions of Ukraine. The holiday program also include rushnyk folk songs performed by local ensembles.Entrance is free entrance

Philadelphia launched 'Miss Ukraine Philadelphia 2018' pageant contest whose purpose is to demonstrate Ukrainian art, culture and history with the help of intelligent, successful and talented Ukrainian-origin girls residing in Pennsylvania.The contestants' age is 18-35 years old.Applications are accepted until April 15, 2018.The results will be announced on May, 18. 12 finalists will compete for the title on June 10, 2018
Ukrainian booth at 2017 Budapest Diplomatic Fair
Ukraine was represented at the annual Diplomatic Fair 2017 held in Budapest. As Facebook-page of the Embassy of Ukraine in Hungary informs the booth contains information materials about Ukraine, paintings of children and professional artists, Ukrainian souvenirs, confectionery, horilka (alcohol drink), embroidered towels, etc. In total 46 diplomatic missions accredited in Hungary participated in the event
