Buenos Aires locals learn and taste Ukrainian meals

Under 'Buenos Aires - Gastronomic Capital' project, the Women's Association 'Prosvita' will introduce Ukrainian cuisine to the local population.
All presentations and tastings take place in June.


The visitors of the first event could learn more about pliatsky (cakes with cream and different fillings), hrechanyks, uzvar (drink from dried fruits), compote and poppy cake with egg whites.

The next gastronomic presentation will take place in the market of the outskirts of San Nicolas (1750, Cordoba Street) on June,18.
